Data Entry Clerk

Duties:
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accuracy of data entry
- Process and input orders into the system
- Maintain and update files and records as needed
- Collect data from various sources and input it into the appropriate databases
- Create and update spreadsheets using Excel, including pivot tables if necessary
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
