Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting visitors and providing them with information
- Maintaining filing systems and record-keeping
- Drafting letters, memos, and other documents

- Assisting with scheduling and bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and other office software
