Office Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting visitors and providing them with information
  • Maintaining filing systems and record-keeping
  • Drafting letters, memos, and other documents
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers
  • Assisting with scheduling and bookkeeping tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and other office software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
